Who Are We?
Since 1981, PDR's Catering has been providing quality catering services in the Southern Tier of New York. PDR's Catering offers a full range of catered events as well as deli-style walk-in service during the week after 10:00 AM. We can also provide "lunch truck" style service for your outing.
We offer home-style cooking and a wide range of cuisine. We have a dozen or so menus listed on our home page and our size and experience allows us to be flexible in customizing / creating new menus to suite for any occasion.
